· Job Responsibilities:
♦ Monitor the inventories in service centers
♦ Observing logistic flow between the sites and service centers
♦ Analyze the subcontract activities
♦ Monitor the Daily/Monthly closing in MM for subcontractors
♦ Analyze the inventory discrepancy of sites and service centers
♦ Monitor SAP operations in service centers
♦ Optimize the process from order book to shipping
♦ Propose improvement on inventory level in service centers;
♦ Assist central planning for process improvement
♦ Follow the return procedure in terms of material management on monthly basis
♦ Assist Supply Chain Director for internal process changes
Requirements:
♦ Bachelor degree or above
♦ English: CET-6 or above, Fluent English speaking and understanding
♦ Excellence in MS Office.
♦ Learn quickly
♦ Able to solve issue independently & quickly
♦ Strong sense of logic
♦ Analyze and solve problems
♦ Strong sense of responsibility and awareness of quality
