工作描述：
• Plans, performs experimental work, interprets and reports results under supervison.
• Prepares internal reports and make presentations to team.
• Maintains interaction with internal and external customers as well as counterparts at other locations.
• Successfully deliver project goals in timeframe.
• Provide full formulation and production, process requirements to enable product transfer to an identified National Laboratory.

• Support product relocation and product development project according to scale-up plan.
• Review safety, quality, and production feasibility for new products and select equipment for new products.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process technology assessment, and process design for investment projects.
• Support manager to make planning and preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and set up an effective documentation system.
• Ensure all engineering procedures are complied with AkzoNobel requirements and targets.
