Roles & Responsibilities
· Work with teams to co-ordinate the engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, finance and launch teams in delivery of new programs.
· Communicate Program direction to ensure the whole team understands program direction.
· Ensure adherence to global program management and approval processes
· Support development of a program timing plan and facilitate resolution of issues.
· Support the development of sourcing and manufacturing plans
Qualifications & Skills Required
· Bachelor Degree, major in Engineering
· Fluent in both oral and written English
· Good usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
· Functional/Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Good knowledge of Automotive Engineering
· Personality and Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Demonstrated initiative with integrity and teamwork orientation.
- A “customer” mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for system / subsystem / component Development
· Lead implementation of Ford product development process / quality operating system and ensure the milestone deliverables to be completed on time with quality
· Drive issue resolution by ensuring conformance to AIMS procedures and problem solving techni ques
· Develop and maintain Powertrain Timing plan and ensure Engineering commodity plans are up-to-date and compliant with key program deliverables
· Work with suppliers to design and develop Powertrain system to meet all requirements including functional specification / quality / cost / timing
· Take responsibility for robust design verifications, engineering signoff and production validations
Qualifications & Skills Required
· Bachelor Degree or above in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· Fluent oral English communication is required
· Knowledge or interest of Powertrain system / sub-system / component preferred
· Knowledge on commodity manufacturing process – stamping / welding / casting / forging / heat treatment preferred
· Be accountable for delivery and able to make sound decisions based upon facts
· Knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing preferred
