3.Job Title
Specialist for Marketing
4.Job Responsibilities
1)Assist with the development and implementation of brand building and integrated marketing communications plans that help position of the university and special Events across campus and with external clients
2)Admissions promotion
3)Create, design and distribute advertisements, print and other promotional items. Maintain campus promotional displays as needed
4)Manage the external publicity platforms and participate in the education exhibitions
5)Develop the unique, stand-out communicating creative, in video, animation and still formats
6)Lead the design and development of promotional materials and update contents as required
7)Collaborate with the content marketing and copywriting team to create compelling & engaging social media content
8)Plan and strategies campaigns surrounding social channels
9)Create short form video content, including reels, social videos, and gifs
10)Assist in the copywriting for emails, eBooks, flyers, posters and other marketing materials
11)Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to outcomes.
12)Events managements and organisations, e.g. welcome party, conferences, etc.
5.Job Requirements
1)Master’s degree in marketing, art, graphic design, or related field
2)Must be comfortable in a friendly office space
3)A portfolio featuring work across various media including descriptions of process
4)Expert eye for typography, colour, and layout
5)Expert eye for creativity that resonates with and engages digitally native person
6)Fluent in spoken and written English
7)Experience as a marketing specialist or similar role at a university is a plus
8)Fluent German is a plus
