At the beginning, for 2 years, the campus is temporarily in Hainan Lingshui Li’an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone, China.

3.Job Title
One Executive Assistant for BiUH President
4.Job Responsibilities
1) Manage the President’s Office and provides administrative support for the Board of Trustees (Board), and Workforce Development and Corporate Partnerships
2) Maintains standards of confidentiality in accordance with the BiUH, student records, and other protected documentation
3) Collects data, analyzes, and prepares reports
4) Develops presentations and correspondence for internal and external audiences
5) Maintains the President ’s calendar and communications, and represents at some meetings and events
6) Build positive relationships with the employees, students and external partner
7) Conduct meetings and office operations when the President is not available
8) Manage information, conduct research, coordinate assessment, and maintain compliance and report for grants, accreditations, and the BiUH policies and procedures
9) Support the President’s advancement and fundraising by documenting contacts, agreements, and gifts in the constituent management database
10) Coordinate the President’s communications, social media, calendar, and community engagement activities
11) Provide excellent public relations and communication skills (written and verbal), specifically interpretation in German, English and Chinese - or translation of selected documents
12) Exhibit flexibility, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and assume additional duties
13) Cope with stressful circumstances and cordially interact with people to accomplish tasks
5.Job Requirements
1) Minimum of a Master Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing
2) or other relevant field
3) Minimum of three years of executive administrative experiences
4) Fluent in spoken and written English, German, Chinese
5) Certified Administrative Professional preferred
6) Experience in the higher education advancement or marketing preferred
