北京科学与工程计算研究院（BeijingCenterforScientificandEngineeringComputing，简称：BI-SEC）是在新形势下面向国际前沿、推进学科交叉、探索体制机制创新的科研教学机构，是直属于北京市、具有独立法人的事业单位。以北京工业大学为依托单位，面向国家和北京市经济社会发展的重大需求，围绕航空航天、交通、环境、生物、信息等相关领域的重大实际问题，与北京工业大学优势学科协同创新，推动学科交叉，开展科学与工程计算等数学领域的学科建设、科学研究及社会服务工作，推动首都区域相关产业发展；创新人才培养模式，承担数学及相关领域的国际化、高层次人才培养工作。
因研究院发展需要，现面向海内外招聘IT管理员1名。
一、岗位职责
1、建立内部计算和网络基础设施;
2、负责系统管理计算机实验室和BI-SEC的其他计算机;
3、提供IT相关支持和服务。
二、应聘条件
1、具备计算机科学，计算数学，或者一些相关领域的硕士或博士学位；
2、有较强的计算机系统管理经验和能力；
3、良好的口语和书面英语沟通能力。

IT Technician Position
Beijing Institute for Scientific and Engineer Computing
Beijing Institute for Scientific and Engineering Computing (BI-SEC) is a newly established research institution by the Beijing municipal government. BI-SEC locates inside the Beijing University of Technology. Beijing University of Technology (BJUT for short, formerly known as Beijing Polytechnic University) was founded in 1960. It has established a multi-disciplinary academic structure, which offers various academic programs and involves in diversified research in the fields of science, engineering, economics, management, liberal arts and law. It is ranked as one of the 100 key universities for the 21st century.
According to the demands of economic and social development of Beijing and across China, BI-SEC focuses on the important problems on various fields, such as aerospace, transportation, environment, biology, information. We collaborate with the advantage disciplines of BJUT and promote interdisciplinary research on scientific and engineering computations. Besides, we undertake the scientific research and social service work to promote related industrial and social development of the capital city. BI-SEC now invites applications for an IT technician position, which is required to
· build up the internal computing and network infrastructure;
· take care of the system administration computer labs and other computers at BI-SEC;
· provide IT-related support and services.
1. Requirements
Potential candidates should satisfy the following conditions:
(1) Possess a master or PhD degree in computer science, computational mathematics, or some related fields;
(2) Have strong abilities and experience in computer system administration；
(3) Communicate well in both spoken and written English.
2. Benefits：
(1) The annual salary depends on the applicant’s qualification and experience. For excellent candidates, the annual salary is as high as RMB180,000 (before tax).
(2) The institute can provide opportunities for studying abroad (USA, Europe) based on the performance and research interests of the postdoc fellows.
