Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the administrative work for taught master programme in the school;
2. Supporting and organizing different kinds of activities for the programmes;
3. Formulating the plan for programme promotion and student admission, including on/off campus seminar, winter/summer camp, the student development and alumni affairs, etc.;
4. Supporting educational related works;
5. Undertaking other tasks as assigned by Dean and manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master degree or above;
2. Post-qualification administrative or relevant experience, preferably in the postgraduate programmes in tertiary education sector;
3. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
4. Proven leadership and good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Strong character to work under pressure;
6. Ability to work independently;
7. At least 6 years of working experience.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
