四、资格审查
1.应聘者须于2019年12月31日前取得相应的学历学位证书；毕业于国（境）外高校的，还须取得国外学位和教育部留学服务中心出具的学历学位认证书。
2.工作年限计算时间截止到2019年10月6日。
3.全日制学习期间所有的工作、实习、兼职、项目管理等经历均不算作工作经验。
4.报考人员在资格审查中提交的报考信息和材料应当真实、准确、有效。凡提供虚假信息和材料获取报考及聘用资格的，或有意隐瞒本人真实情况的，一经查实，即取消报考资格或聘用资格。
五、考核和体检
1.本次招聘不设最低开考比例。
2.除个别单独考核的岗位外，其余岗位均采用笔试、面试相结合的方式，并根据不同岗位情况采用相应考核计划，包括笔试、面试的分数占比和入围规则。
笔试考察内容：消防安全管理专员岗位考察专业能力；体育岗主要考察行政职业能力；其余岗位主要考察英语水平、行政职业能力及/或专业能力。
笔试不指定具体参考书籍或资料。笔试时长约2小时。笔试得分低于笔试综合总分60%者不能入围面试。如有笔试要求的岗位，凡缺考笔试者直接取消应聘资格。面试成绩低于60分者（满分100分）或没有获得遴选委员会推荐资格者，不予以录用。
3.具体考试安排会以短信+邮件的形式通知，请务必确保报名时填写的手机号码、邮件地址准确无误。
4.体检参照公务员体检标准执行。

Part 4 Qualification Review
1.All applicants shall obtain the degree before 31st Dec, 2019; overseas graduates shall be required to obtain the diploma and its authentication before 31st Dec, 2019.
2.The deadline of the calculation of working years is 6th. Oct, 2019.
3.All work, such as part-time jobs, program management experiences, internships and so on happens during full-time study are not considered as working experiences.
4.Please be aware that all the application information and materials shall guarantee their reality, accuracy and validity. Disqualification shall be given to those who have been verified to provide false information, cheating or concealing.
Part 5 Recruitment eva luation and Physical Exam
1.This recruitment does not set the minimum exam-opening ratio.
2.Except for positions requiring separate assessment, the rest of the positions requires both written exam and interview. Corresponding recruitment eva luation schemes will be drew up since different positions have their features, including the proportion of written exam and interview score and the finalist rules.
The content of written exam: the exams for Fire Safety Management Specialist focuses on professional ability; the exams for Physical Education and Activity Organization (Aerobics & Badminton) focus on administrative ability; for the rest of the positions, it mainly examines English skills, administrative ability and/or professional ability.
There are not any reference books or materials can be specified for the written exam. The duration of the written exam is about 2 hours. Those whose written exam score is lower than the 60% of the total written exam score cannot enter the interview. If positions require written exam, absentees shall be ineligible for interviews. Those whose interview score is less than 60% of the total interview scores or those who are not recommended by Search Committee will not be hired.
3.The details of exam shall be informed by sending e-mail and text message. Please ensure you provide e-mail address and telephone number correctly.
4.The physical exam standard is in accordance with civil servants.
