因科研工作需要，依托于深圳大学信息工程学院的广东省基站天线与电波工程技术研究中心、深圳市天线与电波重点实验室现面向海内外招聘移动通信领域及天线领域博士后研究人员8名（长期有效、额满为止）。
一、研究工作方向
1、移动通信物理层或跨层领域前沿研究，招收4名；
2、天线设计及优化研究，招收4名。
二、聘期待遇
1、博士后税后收入25万元/年（工资+政府津贴），开题后即可领取当年政府津贴12万元（免税），中期考核后领取第二年政府津贴12万元（免税）。学校缴纳各类社会保险和住房公积金，提供周转住房和误餐补贴；
2、泰晤士世界前200名高校（含国内）毕业或博士期间第一作者发表3篇JCR二区以上论文者（33岁以下且获得博士学位1年内），额外奖励2000元/月；
3、符合条件者，可申请博士后创新人才支持计划和广东省"珠江人才计划"海外青年人才引进计划（博士后资助项目）。
三、培养方式
以国内培养为主、国内培养与国外培养相结合，在站期间对有发展潜力的博士后，可优先推荐到美国、加拿大、英国、日本、澳大利亚、新加坡、香港等地合作交流访问（访问期限因项目需要而定）。

1、博士毕业生（含春季或秋季应届生），有境外学习或工作经历者优先；
2、博士期间在国际期刊上发表过高水平学术论文；
3、有较强的移动通信或天线领域研究背景；

王世伟：深圳大学信息工程学院教授。2003年香港科技大学本科毕业，2006年南洋理工大学硕士毕业，2009年南洋理工大学博士毕业。2010-2016年华南理工大学任副教授、硕导，2016-2017年任华南理工大学教授、博导。曾在香港城市大学、澳门大学访问。2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。研究方向：射频微波电路与天线。

Postdoctoral Research Fellow Recruitment
in Shenzhen University (Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation, and Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation)
Due to research demands, we are recruiting postdoctoral research fellows for up to 8 openings in the areas of mobile communication and antenna in Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation and Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation.
1.Research Areas:
1）Physical-layer or cross-layer design for mobile communications (4 openings)
2）Antenna design and optimization (4 openings)

4.Salary and Benefits for Employment:
4.1 Wages and allowances: above RMB250 K/ year. After initial exam by presentation, you can get 120K RMB from City of Shenzhen usually after starting 3 months, another 120K RMB after mid-term exam by presentation usually after starting one year. University of Shenzhen offers benefit plans.
4.2 RMB 2k/month for postdoctoral research fellows who are less than 33 years old and within 1 year after PhD graduation if you got PhD degree from the first 200 Universities in Times Higher Education World University Rankings, or you have three journal publications at (above) JCR 2th level.
4.3 If qualified, you can apply Postdoctoral novelty plan from Federal government and Zhujiang Talent plan from Guangdong province for Postdoctoral fellowship.
5.Work method:
Mainly do research in Shenzhen University, withopportunities to visit USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and so on, for research.
6.Requirements:
(1) PhD graduates (including spring or autumn graduates); Overseas study or work experience is preferred;
(2) Have published high quality research papers in the international journals during the PhD study.
(3) Strong research background in mobile communications and antenna.
(4) Good health, honest, with a strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.
(5) Full time for Postdoctoral Research Fellow.
7.Introduction for Supervisor
Prof. Yejun He works in School of Information Technology in Shenzhen University as PhD supervisor and full professor. He is elected as excellent scholar in Shenzhen University and IET fellow. He is the director of Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Base Station Antennas and Propagation, and Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Antennas and Propagation. As a visiting professor, he visited University of Waterloo in Canada and Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. Prof. Yejun He is a member of review commit for funding applications in NSFC and Ministry of Science and Technology. Since Oct. 2017, Sai-Wai Wong is a Full Professor with College of Information, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. He received the B.S degree in electronic engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2003, and the M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar with the City University of Hong Kong and Macau University. From 2010 to 2016, he was an Associate Professor with the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China. Dr. Wong was a recipient of the New Century Excellent Talents in University (NCET) Award in 2013. His current research interests include RF/microwave circuit and antenna design.
