  二、岗位描述：

  清华大学生物医学交叉研究院，目前正在寻找多位优秀的首席研究员和研究员进行生命科学的前沿研究。旨在帮助优秀的年轻科学家在职业生涯的早期阶段进行独立研究。TIMBR的精神是让科学家拥有最大的自由和专注，进行高度创造性的研究，并根据自己的意愿做出突破性的发现,同时培养和指导研究生;

  TIMBR, an HHMI-style biomedical research institute funded by Chinese government, is seeking multiple outstanding Principal Investigators (PI) and Fellows to conduct cutting-edge research in life sciences.The newly established NIBS Fellow program is to empower exceptional young scientists on a fast-track to conduct independent research at the early stage of their career.The spirit of NIBS is to allow scientists maximal freedom and focus to conduct highly creative research and make breakthrough discoveries at his/her own will.

  三、资格条件：

  1.身心健康、师德师风良好、有良好的职业道德；

  2.具有博士学位，并在相关领域取得过高水平的研究成果，或者展示出良好的发展潜力；

  3.研究方向明确，且具有理论先进性与现实影响力；

  4.能够独立从事高水平原创性的科学研究，独立指导研究生，并能够承担研究生的授课任务;

  1.Physically and psychologically healthy, good professional ethics, commitment to effective teaching, productive scholarly research, quality professional service in the fields of healthcare management.

  2.PhD degree, having obtained high-level research achievements in relevant areas, or showing good potential of development.

  3.Clear research direction in compliance with the school\'s disciplinary planning.The research achievements are expected to have advanced theoretical value and realistic influence.

  4.Proved records of teaching excellence and publication in quality peer-reviewed Journals in relevant fields.
